| Each set of blueprints is specially printed for your order. We cannot honor requests for refunds. Should you be unable to use the blueprints ordered, Gallery 12 Designs Inc. will exchange blueprints for another set prepared by Gallery 12 Designs Inc. A $35.00 service fee will be required to cover additional printing costs. | Gallery 12 Designs Inc. lets you select ideas and concepts for your future home from a large variety of stock plans. Many homeowners find it difficult to meet their specific needs with a stock plan. The designers at Gallery 12 Designs Inc. can work with you to modify a stock plan, or develop a custom plan prepared just for you. Reverse plans are mirror image and appear backward. Typically, one set is run in reverse, the rest are right reading. Reverse image drawings will help your builder during construction. | A single set of blueprints is all you need to study your home in detail. If you would like to get estimates or go forward with construction, a minimum of 4 sets is required. Consult your builder to determine what kind of prints and how many are needed. |
