Each house plan meets or exceeds nationally recognized building codes and consists of your choice of foundation, complete floor plans, exterior elevations, electrical layouts, rooflines, cabinet details, and building specifications.
Exterior elevations show the front, rear and side of the house including exterior materials, details and measurements.
Detailed floor plans show the placement of walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc. for each level of the house.
Electrical schematic shows the location of outlets, fixtures, and switches. It may be shown as a separate sheet or be included on the floor plan.
NOTE: All of our plans are designed to meet or exceed national building code standards. However, we cannot guarantee that a plan will meet all local code requirements and variations.
Cross sections show details of the house as if it were sliced from the roof to the foundation. The cross sections detail the construction of the home, insulation, flooring and roofing.
Foundation plans show a basement, crawlspace or slab depending on what is available for the plan. The foundation plans detail the layout and construction of the foundation.
Roof layouts show the pitch and configuration of the roof.
General specifications provide instructions and information about any combinations of the following structural specifications: excavating and grading, masonry and concrete work, carpentry and wood specifications, thermal and moisture protection, and details about drywall, tile, flooring, glazing, caulking, and sealants.

Can your plans be changed? Yes. All of our plans can be changed either by your builder or by a local, independent architect/designer of your choosing. What the local market charges for this service varies greatly so you'll want to shop around.
